Founded in 2017, Smart Growth Solutions believes every person can grow, learn, and thrive with the right support. We provide Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) under Indiana’s Family Support Waiver (FSW), Govt Staffing, and we offer Veteran Housing Assistance across Indiana.

Our mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Govt agencies and veterans build independence, develop life skills, and live meaningful, connected lives. Position: PAC Provider (Family Support Waiver)

Pay Range: $20–$25/hour, based on experience

• Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Pass background, drug, and TB checks

• Reliable transportation

• Positive attitude and a caring heart

Hiring PAC Workers

What You Will Do?

• Coach Families: Teach parenting and life skills

• Support Parents: Help parents stay connected and active in their children's lives.

What You Need:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a social service field (or a High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience).

• Requirements: A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean background check.

• Communication: Ability to write simple, clear reports on family progress.

Pay Range: $35–$40/hour, based on experience

• Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Pass background, drug, and TB checks

• Reliable transportation
