Founded in 2017, Smart Growth Solutions believes every person can grow, learn, and thrive with the right support. We provide Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) under Indiana’s Family Support Waiver (FSW), HBCW Staffing, and we offer Veteran Housing Assistance across Indiana.

Our mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, HBCW agencies and veterans build independence, develop life skills, and live meaningful, connected lives. Position: PAC Provider (Family Support Waiver)

Pay Range: $20–$25/hour, based on experience

• Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Pass background, drug, TB, and DCS checks

• Reliable transportation

Hiring PAC Workers

This role provides direct support to families and youth involved with Indiana DCS to help them build a safe, stable home life. You will meet with parents to teach life skills, supervise visits with their children, and provide essential transportation to appointments.

What You Will Do?

• Coach Families: Teach parenting and life skills (like 123 Magic or 24/7 Dad) to help parents succeed.

• Support Fathers: Help dads stay connected and active in their children's lives.

• Supervise & Transport: Safely drive clients to visits or court and document their progress.

What You Need:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a social service field (or a High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience).

• Requirements: A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean background check.

• Communication: Ability to write simple, clear reports on family progress.

Pay Range: $35–$40/hour, based on experience

• Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
