Invoice Factoring

Our services

Smart Growth Solutions helps independent contractors and small businesses improve cash flow by factoring approved invoices. If you are used to waiting 30 to 60 days to get paid, we can help you access funds faster.

How It Works

Step 1: Submit an Approved Invoice

You send us an invoice that is already approved for payment by your primary contractor or paying agency.

Step 2: Payment Direction Setup

For invoices you choose to factor, your primary contractor or paying agency must add Smart Growth Solutions as the payment recipient for those invoices. This is usually done by listing Smart Growth Solutions as the direct deposit recipient for the approved invoice payment.

Step 3: Get Paid Within 24 to 48 Hours

After verification, Smart Growth Solutions sends you an upfront payment, typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 4: Payer Sends Payment to Smart Growth Solutions

When the payer issues the invoice payment, it is deposited directly to Smart Growth Solutions.

Step 5: Final Settlement to You

After Smart Growth Solutions receives the payer’s payment, we send you the remaining balance, minus the agreed 20% factoring fee.
