Our Team

Eric W.

Eric is a Family Support Waiver professional and owner of Smart Growth. He graduated from Thomas Edison State College and earned a graduate degree in Education. He previously worked as a science teacher, and he brings 12 years of case management experience into waiver services, with a strong focus on practical planning, follow through, and keeping supports person centered.


Jeffrey C.

Jeffrey serves as the HR and Compliance Manager, supporting Family Support Waiver services through strong oversight, policy alignment, and staff support. He graduated from Purdue University and brought a solid professional background in human resources and compliance.

Trevor J.

Trevor holds a degree in Sociology and has three years of experience providing waiver-based support services in Indiana. He’s especially focused on building confidence through repetition, encouragement, and steady coaching.

Kayla P.
